Uncondtional family focus concerns the core issue in helping people in need: helping them to live the life that is good for them.
Unconditional family focus centres in the main, on the ability to make an effort to understand and accept the wishes and dreams of the person in need of our help and to make that the cornerstone of our work.
It is, in short, putting people -and families- first and not to allow the professional themes and the convenience of the staff be the first concern in organising an offer of help.
