 "As Chairperson and vice Chairperson of ISBA, we are delighted to invite you to join us in Galway for the 7th International Short Breaks Conference.
Short Breaks: A path to Inclusion. Whose Rights, Whose Needs, What Choices?
 This promises to be an exciting event, providing for the sharing of personal experiences by family members, up to date international research findings and new innovative practice in short break provision.  There is something for everyone in the context of providing respite/short breaks as an inclusive experience, as of right and catering for the needs of all stakeholders.  Our inspiration is the U.N. Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Article 19, promoting inclusion. This is an opportunity for learning and for drawing together a body of work which will influence policy and development internationally into the future.  We do hope that you want to be part of this experience and that you will join us in Galway from 9th to 11th June in the National University of Ireland. We urge you to register now.  And do not forget that Galway is a fun, vibrant, artistic and  wonderful city, where you are assured of a good time.
